Michael Paul O'Leary was sentenced to seven years in prison for raping his tenant.

A landlord convicted of raping his tenant has lodged an appeal against his conviction and sentence.

Michael Paul O’Leary, aged 62, of Four Winds, Ballyarthur, Fermoy, Co Cork, was found guilty of raping Lorita O’Donoghue on May 28, 2022, in February.
