Cork man accused of burgling the home of his in-laws and stealing seven bottles of whiskey

The accused said he is not addicted to drugs and he would not commit any other offences if released on bail

A 37-year-old man was arrested and charged with burgling the home of his own in-laws and stealing seven bottles of whiskey from their house.

Kenneth Duggan denies carrying out this crime and also denies carrying out another burglary elsewhere later that same day.
