The court hearing in Cork heard the house was ransacked and flooded.

 The owner of a house that was about to be renovated in Carrigaline found the place ransacked and several intruders present when she returned – including one man coming out of the attic carrying a hacksaw.

One of the men on the property — Christopher Judge, aged 42, with an address at Pairc Na Daire, Clonard — was jailed for nine months today after he pleaded guilty to his part in trespassing on the premises.
