A Kerry TD has launched a High Court action alleging the attendance of super-junior ministers at Cabinet is unconstitutional.

Sinn Féin's Deputy Patrick Daly applied to the High Court on Tuesday seeking a “very urgent” hearing of an application for permission to pursue his claims in court.
