Two men charged in Kerry court with conspiracy to import drugs

Two men from the Philippines who were arrested on board a cargo ship in the Shannon Estuary at the weekend have appeared in court charged with conspiracy to import drugs.

The arrests were part an operation overseen by the Garda National Drugs & Organised Crime Bureau, which has so far resulted in seven arrests.
