A man charged with the murder of young mother Paula Canty in Mallow, Co Cork, has been further remanded in custody.

Joseph Butler, 42, of The Belfry, Bridewell Lane, Mallow, Co Cork, appeared by video link from Cork Prison before Judge Colm Roberts at Mallow District Court.
