A book of evidence is to be served on January 22 on a man who allegedly made up to 10 attempts to stab and slash another man in Cork City centre, where it was claimed that he acted like the attack was “a badge of honour”.
The book of evidence was not ready to be served on Wednesday, January 8, and Sergeant Dave Delea applied to have the case adjourned for a fortnight so that this could be done on that date.
