Cork man who called women 'whores' threatened to 'bate the head off' gardaí
The court heard that 'Gardaí directed him to desist and he failed to do so telling the guards he would ‘bate the head off ye’.'
A 36-year-old man roared from the street at women in a house calling them whores and when gardaí arrived he threatened to “to bate the head off” the officers.
That was the outline of the incident involving Trevor Connolly of St Vincent’s hostel, Anglesea Terrace, Cork, which was given at Cork District Court.
