Two men accused of conspiring to import drugs served with books of evidence
The two defendants before the court today were remanded in continuing custody as they were sent forward for trial.
Two of the 10 men accused of conspiring to import drugs into Ireland earlier this year were served with books of evidence at Cork District Court today and sent forward for trial at the Special Criminal Court.
The two defendants before the court today were remanded in continuing custody as they were sent forward for trial. It will now be a matter for a trial date to be set by that court.
