The Director of Public Prosecutions has directed that the case against a 30-year-old man accused of having cannabis for sale at a premises on Barrack Street, Cork, should be heard by judge and jury.

Boris Ivanov, with an address at Barrack Street, Cork, appeared at Cork District Court where Sergeant Gearóid Davis gave the DPP directions.
