A 39-year-old sub-contractor has been jailed for two years for the harassment of a man he blamed for his failure to be appointed permanently by a multi-national company in the Ringaskiddy area.

The victim of the harassment repeated as recently as this sentencing hearing for DJ Sheehan at Cork Circuit Criminal Court “that I had no control or influence regarding his grievance and communicated this to him the first time he contacted me via telephone.”
