Teenage boys charged with raping 15-year-old girl in Cork City sent forward for trial

It is alleged girl walked to a location close to the city centre with one teenager, who raped her, and in a second alleged offence, orally raped her, and second defendant allegedly followed the complainant and the first defendant and then orally raped the girl also

Books of evidence were served on Tuesday on two teenage boys charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in Cork City.

Judge Mary Dorgan sent the cases against them forward to the Central Criminal Court on the application of Sergeant Aisling Murphy, who confirmed service of the books of evidence at in-camera hearings of Cork District Court.
