A 15-year-old was arrested on Wednesday night and charged with travelling in a stolen car in Cork City.

The boy was brought before an in-camera sitting of Cork District Court on Thursday, where he was represented by solicitor Shane Collins-Daly, who said the teenager had spent the night in a Garda station — his first time in custody.
