Man arrested after two assaulted and vehicles stolen in aggravated burglary

A man has been arrested in connection with an aggravated burglary in Dublin which saw two men assaulted and their vehicles stolen.
The incident occurred at a residence in Forest Hills, Swords in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Gardaí say two men, both aged in their 30s, were assaulted after two men entered their rooms and threatened them with knives.
The burglars made off with keys to the men's vehicles, as well as property from their home.
Gardaí from Swords, Coolock and Malahide responded to the incident and carried out searches of the area.
One man, aged in his 20s, was arrested at the scene. He is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in North Dublin.
Investigations are ongoing.
