Eamon Murphy: The 24-year-old, along with a co-accused, had previously pleaded guilty to criminal damage as well as trespass at the Harmony Inn Killarney, on New Year’s Day.

Alcohol and social media were both factors in his behaviour on the night, according to his probation report, which was handed into Killarney District Court on Tuesday.
