The father of a young man from Carrigaline in Cork is to withdraw his complaints in a case where the accused allegedly threatened to fire shots from the window of an apartment causing a residential area to be sealed off.

Defence solicitor Diarmuid Kelleher said on Monday at Cork District Court that “Conor Farrell’s father is withdrawing any complaints he may have made".
