Protester must understand ‘ramifications’ of intimidating Michael Healy-Rae, says judge

A protester who admitted intimidating Kerry TD Michael Healy-Rae by throwing a bottle at the politician and blocking him at Leinster House must show a judge he understands the ramifications of his action.

Dublin District Court heard the "distressing" incident took place when an anti-government and immigration demonstration "spiralled out of control" at Government buildings on September 20 last year.
