Corkman accused of burgling home of 85-year-old woman refused bail

Cork District Court heard the accused was seen on CCTV and identified by gardaí.

Bail was refused today for a Cork man accused of burgling the home of an 85-year-old woman in Mayfield.

Don Duggan, aged 36, of 65 Ballinderry Park, Mayfield, Cork, at Cork District Court had his bail application from earlier in the week adjourned until today. Judge Mary Dorgan finalised the matter with a refusal of bail.
