Herbal cannabis worth €208,800 seized in Athlone.

Revenue officers have seized over 10.4kg of herbal cannabis with an estimated value of €208,800 in Co Westmeath.

Officers were examining parcels at a premises in Athlone when the drugs were discovered in a parcel originating from Spain. It was intended for an address in Dublin.
