Revenue seize €105,000 worth of cocaine at Dublin Airport
Last Wednesday, Revenue officers discovered approximately 104 cocaine pellets with an estimated value of €105,000.
Cocaine worth €105,000 has been seized at Dublin Airport as a result of an intelligence-led operation.
Last Wednesday, Revenue officers discovered approximately 104 cocaine pellets with an estimated value of €105,000.
The illegal drugs were discovered when officers stopped and searched the baggage of a passenger who had disembarked a flight from Paris.
A woman, aged in her 20s, was arrested by gardaí and was subsequently charged.
She appeared before the courts on Monday.
Investigations are ongoing.
The seizure is part of Revenue's ongoing operations targeting the importation of illegal drugs.
