Sending 794 texts to ex over four days lands man in court

A man ordered to have no contact with his former partner — directly or indirectly — is alleged to have sent 794 text messages to her over a four-day period.

Judge Mary Dorgan said it is a shocking number of texts allegedly sent. At one stage during the brief hearing, the judge wondered if the accused had time to sleep at all.
