Woman, 60s, arrested following €480k cannabis seizure at Shannon Airport

The passenger had arrived into Ireland on a flight from Faro, Portugal.

An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a subtsantial amount of cannabis products over the weekend.

Revenue officers at Shannon Airport found the drugs in the baggage of a passenger on Sunday.
