Gardaí appeal for witnesses following armed robbery in Limerick

An investigation is underway after an armed robbery in Limerick this morning.

Gardaí are appealing for information after a man armed with a gun allegedly robbed a business in Limerick City.

Cash and goods were stolen from a games and tech buy-and-sell store on Cruises Street at around 10.55am.

Nobody was injured during the incident and no arrests have been made.

Iinvestigations are ongoing.

Gardaí are understood to have harvested an image of a suspect from CCTV footage at the store and are now searching for the man.
