Burglar who left his phone number and two unopened condoms in victim's home has sentencing adjourned
The accused gained entry to three apartments.
A man who admitted burgling three apartments where a note with his name and phone number and two unopened condoms were left in one young woman’s home had sentencing put back until April 10.
The accused asked by video link from prison why sentencing was not taking place immediately. And he wanted to know — after a number of months in custody — how long his sentence would be “eight months? Eight years?”
