'I'm here for something I didn’t do' accused in Cork criminal damage case tells court

A file has yet to be sent to the DPP and the accused has been remanded in custody.

“They have me in here for something I didn’t do,” a 27-year-old man said at Cork District Court by video link from prison on Tuesday.

The man is accused of causing extensive damage to the front door of a house in Ballyphehane on February 3, 2024.
