Unaccompanied learner driver caught doing 200km/h on Cork motorway, tests positive for cocaine

The driver was later charged with dangerous driving.

An unaccompanied learner driver tested positive for cocaine after he was caught doing 200km/h on the motorway in Cork. 

Gardaí from the Roads Policing Unit from Mitchelstown observed a vehicle travelling at 200km/h in poor driving conditions on Thursday.
