Accused claimed someone gave her a cup of tea she believes was spiked with something.

A 39-year-old Cork woman who was convicted about 20 times for being drunk and a danger said she was turning her life around until someone gave her a cup of tea she believes was spiked with something.

Jennifer Rodgers made this claim through her solicitor Eddie Burke at Cork District Court where she pleaded guilty to another series of public order and theft offences.
