Corkman accused of dangerous driving causing harm sent forward for trial

Defendant accused of driving in a manner that was dangerous to the public, causing serious bodily harm to another man

A book of evidence was served on Monday on a 20-year-old motorist accused of dangerous driving causing serious harm to another man in Crosshaven in Christmas week 2022.

Sergeant Pat Lyons confirmed at Cork District Court the book of evidence had been served in respect of three charges in the case against Kyle Edwards, of The Pines, Bridgemount, Carrigaline, Co Cork.
