A 40-year-old man caught taking a photograph of another man in Cork District Court on Monday had his phone confiscated and he was taken into custody for about three hours.

When Eric Okunolu of The Bowling Green, White Street, Cork, was brought back before Judge Mary Dorgan at Courtroom 1 at the Criminal Courts of Justice on Anglesea Street, he was asked to explain his actions.
