Cork motorist accused of injuring man facing new charges 

Sergeant John Kelleher said the Director of Public Prosecutions had directed trial by indictment at Cork Circuit Criminal Court because of the seriousness of the allegations.

A 20-year-old motorist accused of dangerous driving causing serious harm to another man in Crosshaven on Christmas week last year was before Cork District Court on new charges.

Three new charges were brought against Kyle Edwards, of The Pines, Bridgemount, Carrigaline, Cork.
