Richard Satchwell, who was previously charged with the murder of his wife Tina Satchwell, has been further remanded in custody for a month having appeared at Clonmel District Court in Co. Tipperary on Tuesday morning.

Mr Satchwell (57) who is originally from Leicester in the UK but was living in Grattan Street in Youghal, Co. Cork, was charged with the murder of his wife Tina at a special sitting of Cashel District Court last month. The alleged offence occurred on March 20, 2017.
