Accused assaulted his father and put both his parents in fear, court heard

A 21-year-old man accused of punching his father in the face and putting both of his parents in fear during a weekend incident was brought before Cork District Court.

Garda Brian Shanahan gave evidence of the alleged incident at an in camera hearing of the case for domestic violence cases. The parties cannot be identified.
