Cork ambulance crew refused to bring abusive man to hospital

An ambulance was called to the scene because of concerns for the man’s wellbeing.

An ambulance was called to attend to a drunken man in Cork city centre but he was so abusive the crew refused to take him to hospital.

At the height of the incident, the 54-year-old man told a member of An Garda Síochána: “I will kill you and your family. Fuck you. I’ll kill you.”
