A man caught spying on a woman in a toilet cubicle during an "unpleasant experience" at a Burger King in Dublin has been spared jail.

Joseph Locke, aged 36, of Myra Close, Emmet Road, Dublin 8, was fined €200. He pleaded guilty at Dublin District Court to offensive conduct of a sexual nature in connection with the incident at the fast-food restaurant on Lower O'Connell St on September 14, 2022.
