A soldier accused of attacking his girlfriend at a Cathal Brugha army barracks in Dublin has been released on bail but warned not to contact his partner.

Defence Forces member Darragh Baldrick, 23, based at the barracks in Rathmines, in the city’s southside, was arrested on Tuesday.
