Cork Circuit Criminal Court heard George Arundel was not notifying gardaí and the probation service of his address as required by the Sex Offenders Register.

A convicted rapist who failed to notify the probation service and gardaí where he was living on his release from prison has been sentenced to 21 months in prison in a case where the judge said it had become a vicious circle.
