Woman gets €50k for psychological injuries after daughters hurt in Limerick school bus crash

The High Court has awarded €50,000 to a woman over psychological injuries suffered after the school bus her teenage daughters were travelling on swerved and overturned into a ditch.

Linda Gavin said her daughters were carried from the scene at Caherconlish following the incident on February 7, 2018. They were among more than 30 students and two adults taken to hospital with injuries.
