Waterford man, 22, charged with 'violent' stabbing of priest

Accused stabbed priest six times, to the face, head and four times in the back after he broke into chaplains' house, court heard

A man has appeared in court charged with stabbing a priest "six times" in Waterford.

The incident took place on Sunday morning at a chaplains' house near University Hospital Waterford in Ardkeen.
