A man who was one of four juvenile detainees who caused €120,000 of damage to Oberstown Children Detention Centre in 2016 has been given a one-year prison sentence.

Luke Cronin, 22, pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal damage at Oberstown Children Detention Centre on September 20 and 21, 2016.
