The way has been cleared for Graham Dwyer to pursue his appeal against his conviction for the murder of Elaine O’Hara.

This comes as the Supreme Court is to soon make final orders dismissing the State’s appeal against a significant mobile phone metadata ruling in favour of convicted murderer Graham Dwyer.
