Lisa Smith has pleaded not guilty to membership of an unlawful terrorist group, Islamic State, between October 28, 2015, and December 1, 2019

Lisa Smith's lawyers have made a fresh bid to have the charges against her of funding terrorism and membership of Isis dismissed.

If the three-judge, non-jury court does not accept the arguments made by her lawyers, they will reveal their verdicts on May 30.
