Supreme Court to hear appeal by Waters and O’Doherty over constitutionality of Covid laws

The appeal by Gemma O’Doherty and John Waters will be on a limited basis only

An appeal brought by Gemma O’Doherty and John Waters against the dismissal of their challenge to the constitutionality of laws introduced in response to the Covid-19 pandemic is to be heard by the Supreme Court.

But the appeal will be on a limited basis only. No date has yet been fixed for the Supreme Court appeal.
