Kevin Lunney trial: Three men found guilty, one acquitted of false imprisonment and assault

Kevin Lunney had told the court that he was bundled into the boot of a car near his home and driven to a container where he was threatened and told to resign as a director of Quinn Industrial Holdings.

Three men have been convicted and one acquitted of falsely imprisoning, beating and mutilating Quinn Industrial Holdings director Kevin Lunney.

In a statement issued after the verdicts were handed down, Mr Lunney thanked those who had supported him through his ordeal, while a statement from Mannok said the company hopes the judgements will allow its directors and staff "to get on with the job of continuing to run and grow this vital, community-based business free from the threat of violence or intimidation."
