Man who tried to spit blood at Cork gardaí after fight is jailed

He pleaded guilty to being drunk and engaging in threatening behaviour at the weekend and in May 2019

A court in Cork has heard that a young man tried to spit blood at gardaí at the height of a violent disturbance, then told them "f*** off" and insisted: “I’m going home to my mother’s”.
