Man jailed for nine months over defilement of girl, 15

Judge said there was no suggestion of force but accused knew her age and it was unlawful

A girl aged 15 to 16 was defiled by a man aged 20 to 21 who had sexual intercourse with her on three occasions and now he has been jailed.

The accused man wiped tears from his eyes as he was sentenced to nine months on three counts of defilement.
