Former Bóthar boss seeks legal aid in dispute with charity

Bóthar claim David Moloney misappropriated hundreds of thousands of the charity's monies for his own use.

Bóthar’s former CEO David Moloney is looking for legal aid for the civil proceedings brought against him by the charity.

Earlier this year Bóthar launched High Court proceedings against Mr Moloney, who they claim misappropriated hundreds of thousands of the charity's monies for his own use.
