Cork man charged with sexually assaulting daughter, 12

Judge Olann Kelleher made an order that the parties in the case could not be identified because of the nature of the charges and the relationship between the parties.

 A 37-year-old man was arrested yesterday and charged with 29 counts of sexually assaulting his 12-year-old daughter.

Detective Garda Donal O’Connell brought the accused man before Cork District Court on the charges.
