Judge dismisses bid for coursing to resume until Covid challenge is decided

The Irish Coursing Club (ICC) has failed in a legal bid that would have allowed coursing to resume during the current Covid-19 restrictions.
Ms Justice Niamh Hyland today said she was not satisfied to grant the ICC an injunction which would have seen coursing go ahead.
