Judge orders arrest of persons occupying controversial repossessed farm

A High Court judge has ordered the arrest of any person found in occupation of a Co Roscommon farm, which was the scene of a controversial eviction in 2018.

The orders were made by Ms Justice Leonie Reynolds against three named individuals, and any other person found to be in occupation of the property at Falsk, Strokestown in Co Roscommon.
