A massage parlour owner continued to provide “happy endings” to customers despite gardaí warning her on three different visits to stop the sexual services.

Qiuping Chen, aged 35, of Dorset St, Dublin, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to managing a brothel at 'Jasmine Massage Parlour' on Dorset St from January 2016 to July 2017.
